This partnership coincides with the inaugural launch of the SRDS Bloomberg Terminals Financial Lab in the newly opened Dr. Kristen Walsh Hall of Science & Entrepreneurship where students can explore business concepts, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and engage with real-world financial data, ideas, and challenges. by @saddleriverday

Humbled. Honored. Grateful.

Yesterday, we celebrated an extraordinary milestone in the history of Saddle River Day School with the ribbon cutting and opening of our new Dr. Kristen Walsh Hall of Science & Entrepreneurship.

This incredible new space represents so much more than a building. It represents possibility, innovation, vision, and a shared belief in what our students can achieve for generations to come.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life and to our entire SRDS community for believing in what’s possible.

🎉 Celebrating Academic Excellence! ❤️💙

A huge congratulations to our three National Merit Semifinalist Scholars and five National Merit Commended Scholars who were among the highest-scoring students in their states, representing less than 1% of U.S. high school seniors! Selected from more than 1.2 million students who entered the 2027 National Merit Scholarship Program, this recognition reflects exceptional academic achievement and dedication.

We’re giving a massive round of applause to Ella who earned an incredible 7th-place finish at the Capital Challenge Equestrian Competition in Maryland, competing against some of the top riders in the country!

🦋 Hello from the Lower school Science Lab! 🦋

Our third graders have been busy raising Monarch caterpillars and watching them transform into butterflies! As part of a national tagging project, students collect important data for research scientists studying Monarch migration before tagging and releasing the butterflies. 🔬🌎

Last week, our third graders became the teachers during Monarch Day, sharing what they’ve learned about life cycles, migration, and tagging research with our second graders. They did an amazing job! 👏🦋

What a wonderful hands-on learning experience—and a great example of our Rebels putting their knowledge into action! ❤️💙
