Thursdays used to be my least favourite day. The sun felt hotter, the day longer. Everything felt… off.

But what if we flipped the script?

We often overlook the ordinary, dismissing daily mercies as “normal.” We wait for big, dramatic blessings while the small, recurring gifts go unnoticed.

So welcome to Gratitude Thursday — a weekly pause to intentionally recognize the good, big and small.

Gratitude isn’t just a spiritual principle; it’s a psychological superpower. It shifts our focus from scarcity to abundance, from complaint to contentment.

This series is an invitation to build a gratitude practice with me. To write it down. To name the blessings that walk, talk, and breathe in our lives.

Let’s change how we see a day—and how we see life itself.
