STRICTLY 2026! 🪩✨💃

WOW! What a night🔥The atmosphere, the lights, the cameras, the glitter, and simon… 🤣I am so incredibly proud of Coyle and what he has achieved over the last 2 months, raising over £6k for the @hospice_gs and learning a Cha Cha Cha from scratch and achieving the score 34/40!!🕺Coyle has unlimited ambition, drive and capabilities and I am very lucky to have been partnered with him❤️The support for Coyle was incredible, thank you to anyone who followed our journey; who donated; and who voted🤩Well done to all the contestants! It’s not easy to learn a dance with no previous training and perform in front of 400 people AND being streamed live!!🫶An incredible evening filled with incredible people💕I’ve learnt a lot from this experience that I will carry with me🥰

Shameless plug that I did make Coyles costume and rhinestones each and every individual rhinestone you can see!!💪🏻

Of course thank you to the @hospice_gs and @jpwdance_ and Emily for hosting and organising such an amazing event for an amazing cause✨🤍

Congratulations to Katy and Eden for their well deserved win!!🪩She had it coming😆 by @sades.dancer

Got that samba feelinggg 💃❤️‍🔥

Back to training hard in time for the upcoming competition season💪🏻 This was just a little routine we did in technique class I wanted to revisit!🙌🏼 Such a fun little piece! Samba has potential to be my favourite dance😅 Ask me that a year ago and samba probably would’ve been bottom of the list🤣 taken in Southport by @sades.dancer

Lateeee European Champs post!!

Throwback to April where I got to share the floor with some incredible dancers and have the privilege to compete at such an amazing event!🫶🏼 I loved every second of this competition, through many ups & downs and hard times, I have come away from this experience learning that patience is key!🔐 This was the first major event I have competed in, having only been learning open choreography for 4 months at this time🌱 I am very proud of stepping onto that floor and giving it my all🔥 Very excited to experience more open events like this in the future, especially on my home turf!💃

STRICTLY 2026! 🪩💃

Hello! Team Coyle & Sadie here! I am having the absolute pleasure of introducing Coyle into the dancing world with all the glitter, glam and sparkle! ✨ We are working very hard to nail our routine in time for the big night on September 5th (get that one down in your diaries😉)

We are raising money for the Hospice of The Good Shepard, a charity very close to Coyle❤️ I have the absolute pleasure of taking him on his Strictly journey, which we are loving every step of! 🥰

I am truly inspired by Coyle’s determination, drive and newly found passion for dancing!🔥 We are very much looking forward to seeing you all out on that floor for what is to be a thrilling evening for all participating and supporting!🧡

Any donation would be massively appreciated, it is a great cause! Please find the link in my bio to donate & buy your tickets!! 🎫💛

For now… Keeeeep Dancing! 💃 by @sades.dancer

A little collection of this years Uni circuit comps!✨

Every competition, every early morning, every bit frustration & self criticism has made my passion for this art grow stronger each time I step on that floor! 💪🏻 I’ve got big things planned and even bigger eyelashes to put on😅 So ready for September💃
