There are weddings you document… and then there are the ones that stay with you long after the last frame is captured.

Indy and Simone’s wedding in Sicily was one of those rare, soul-stirring days that felt less like an event and more like stepping into a living love story.

From the first golden light of morning to the soft, candlelit glow of the evening, everything about their celebration felt intentional, intimate, and deeply felt. Sicily itself seemed to lean in and hold them, the sun-warmed stone, the scent of citrus in the air, the distant shimmer of the sea, and that unmistakable Mediterranean light that makes everything look like a painting. It was the perfect backdrop for two people whose love already radiates so brightly.

Indy and Simone are, quite simply, stunning. Not just in the way they looked (though they were breathtaking) but in the way they are. There is a quiet elegance to them, a softness, a genuine warmth that never felt performative. You could feel how present they were with each other, how naturally they gravitated toward one another even in the middle of a full celebration.

What made the week even more special, though, was how incredibly attentive and kind they were to the entire filming and photography team. In the middle of one of the most important weeks of their lives, they still made space to check in with us, to thank us, to make sure we felt seen and cared for. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. It speaks volumes about who they are as people, generous, grounded, and truly present.

It was an honour to be there.
To witness it.
To help preserve even a small piece of it.

Congratulations Indy & Simone.

Behind the scenes of a beautiful Mayian ceremony in Sicily and no, we don’t just rock up with cameras and start shooting 😂

We’re the ones connecting with the families, organising the beautiful chaos (there is always chaos 😅), and making sure every single person feels part of the day.

We’re the ones right in the middle of it, who somehow end up knowing everyone’s name by lunch. The ones who hold space when the nerves hit, who laugh with the aunties, who gently pull the shy cousin into the frame, and who organise the beautiful moments so it still feels like your day...not just a production.

Because at Sadha Video, your family becomes our family. And that changes everything. ✨

Location scouting in Sicily hits different 🇮🇹✨

When we take on a destination wedding, it’s not just about showing up with cameras. It’s our job (and honestly one of the best parts) to hunt down the spots that will turn your photos and film into something unforgettable.

So we hit the road in Sicily, notebook in hand, coffee in the other, and started exploring. Some locations, absolute magic. Golden light pouring over ancient stone, the sea sparkling just right, those little hidden corners that feel like they were made for a first look or a sunset portrait.

Others… well, let’s just say the “charming rustic path” turned into a muddy adventure, one “perfect viewpoint” was closed for restoration, and a couple of spots looked amazing online but felt completely wrong in person 😅

That’s the reality of scouting. You win some, you learn from the rest, and you keep going until you find the places that make your heart race a little. Because when the wedding day comes, those locations aren’t just backgrounds they’re part of the story.

Planning ahead like this is how we help create lasting memories instead of just pretty pictures. It’s the quiet work before the big day that makes everything feel effortless (and cinematic) when it matters most.

Sicily, you tested us… and we’re already dreaming about the next round of scouting 💛
