I've been sitting on the most exciting news!
I have joined the cast of Septima as Rosa Parks with @puretheatre to shine light on a Charlestonian champion of education, women's issues and voters rights. ✊🏾🗳️📚

This is hard, fun, joyous soul work. And I can't wait to bring this to the people. ❤️🙏🏾

It will take me a lifetime to process last week.
This was not just my first film credit. (but wow slay)
It was the kind of experience that raises the bar for anything to come.
The kind of serendipitous encounters that reminds you how much more you have to give and learn.
The kind of magic that sets you up with like... a dozen new bffs.

I'd even venture to say we, ourselves, are now that made magic ✨
