Two years.
Same woman.
Different standards.

This didn’t happen because of a “new body.”
It happened because of new habits.

Consistency over motivation.
Showing up when it was inconvenient.
Learning how to train with intention.
Fueling her body instead of fighting it.
Playing the long game.

Progress doesn’t always look dramatic day to day.
But zoom out far enough… and it’s undeniable.

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes
and start building strength — physically and mentally.

It’s incredibly rewarding when someone acknowledges your efforts and expresses their appreciation, even if you’ve never sought recognition. I’ve always been the type to focus on my work, self-criticizing and questioning if I’m doing enough. When @forprovidersxproviders said that they wanted to recognize me and offered me an award for my advocacy efforts, I was truly humbled and honored.
