When the human body loses its normal balance, the motor control system continuously works to restore stability. To do this, it may use compensatory strategies that place extra stress on certain muscles, leading to increased tension and tightness.

These tight muscles should not always be considered the main cause of the problem. They may instead be signs of an underlying disturbance in the motor control system. By identifying and understanding these muscular responses, we can gain insight into the body’s compensatory strategy and use them as important clues for restoring balance and improving movement. by @saeedfarazmand.pt
