To my loss in some cases when it comes to planning, sorry hubby.
So why do I teach a divination class where we receive 12 months of psychic & psycho-somatic information?
Because this is my way of being a tad rebellious supporting folks lean into the free will loophole.

We observe to take notes on what is most constant coming.
The pre-destined landscape of our next year.

Its been 7 years of inviting folks from around the planet to traverse the coming year together. I am simply the tour guide and each participant is the one documenting the adventure. Like any trip, plenty of moments dont make the film reel. Its the loudest, most beautiful or most disastrous ones that we Journal about. Just enough of the silhouette of the experiences to prepare your nervous system and Calendars in response.
By supporting folks to make choices with the information ONLY they have experienced visually or through the body's intelligent sensations.
Because I want you to make decisions that have a fighting chance to change into the most meaningful version of your life. Its the difference between just functioning or pushing against an unyielding current- to working WITH the energies, and obstacles present.

In the matter of desire there is one crucial ingredient that really turns on invoking them into the waking world — PLEASURE. ✨

🕯Professional Witches are reaching out for support, getting our offerings seen in the algorithm trenches and now it's my turn.
As a former street kid who hitchhiked across Canada 3 times and all through Mexico and the USA, my body knows the momentum that comes from asking for help. This time not for handouts, but for involvement in a movement: Village Witches being able to keep teaching and holding space while supporting our families with income generated.
Walking a labyrinth with this, I heard: "You need to fight for your work." My first thought: "I'm too exhausted to fight. I guess its doomed to fail" Then I shifted vantage points, and instead of an army I saw alliances. We all fall at some point under capitalism's impossible standards. Blessed #Mabon (fall #Equinox ) today Summers fuchsia passion blends into winters velvety darkness. Seasons colliding like brackish water where differences blend. Fleets of children leave the beaches and enter into the cocoon of school. Life begins to curve itself inwards. My lifestyle and priorities are deeply woven with the seasons. From tending gardens-orchards, keeping our home warm with fire to dressing up to head to the outdoor composting toilet. When the seasons change how I move through the day changes with it. The kids outdoor playroom needs to collapse all the toys that will mold in the morning mist. Water restrictions are felt as the catchment tanks near the end of last winter's reserves. Baskets and bowls with fruit to be preserved are wedged on every extra nook and cranny of the kitchen.

As much as Equinox is about harvesting the bounty it's also about grieving what never made it to ripeness. The final fruits plump with the sweetness of summer we never made it to -rotting at the bases of trees. The squash flowers will frost before their hearty bodies form. You get the idea.

However then you have the flowers that greeted us in spring returning for a final hurrah of colour! Snap dragons, marigolds, and poppies to take us through the Fall. Or the technocolour show of leaves as they prepare to drift into a blanket to keep the roots warm.

However you feel the change in your life, I recommend steadying yourself a moment this week to let your body stitch the seasons together. To allow the current of life to run like sap down your body and collect where it will be needed most in the cold stillness of winter. Harvesting the sun into syrup to drizzle into tea cups.

FOUR WAYS TO CONNECT WITH MABON- WITHOUT A GARDEN:

CLOTHING/STUFF/HARVEST SWAP:Host or reach out to friends about having a clothing swap. As the seasons change so what we wear so make it fun and open yourself to a fabulous new wardrobe from the excess existing within your friends!

REACH OUT TO HELP:Reach out to folks with large gardens/farms, fruit trees to ask if you can help with the harvest. Bonus if you preserve some of what you bring home and share a bit with them. You can even put this out on community threads~ see whats available.

WEAR THE SEASON: Colour colour and texture. All my burnt ember and rust clothing are in high demand. Bring out the burgundies and earth tonnes that slow us into falls energy. Find that cashmere sweater, or something soft.

TASTE IT: Cinnamon, maple syrup, oatmeals are my go-to fall flavours. Carry around a thermos with bengal spruce tea and mugs to share it with unexpecting friends… they will thank you.

Can you feel the pressure of life bursting forth but then furling inwards? Beyond just the pendulum of weather here in the west coast from questioning if its time to light up the woodstove… or right now booty shorts on sweat dripping down my back in my sauna of an office.

This time for me can be quite frenetic, part gearing into the school starting rhythm and all the alarm clocks and lunches (though my youngest Falkhan starts tomorrow without me eek!) However its more then that, its the heavy laden apple trees bursting with the final hurrah of Summers sweetness. Simultaneously the leaves are falling and the sunflowers are toppling over with the weight of their own majesty.

I’ll be honest I’ve been having stress and anxiety sitting at my court these days. I’ll be honest I’ve been having stress sitting at my court these days. With changing gears from Summers surrender of being 90% with my kiddos to launching offerings and preparing for the business hustle that helps us financially float during winter. These seasons clash pretty strong for me, relate?

. There is a speed to it. For those in tangible connection with the rolling harvests of veggies and fruit- we are collecting and preserving as much as possible to fill our larders. Not fully sure when the wheel will click into place and before us - nature resetting itself into a time of rest.

So I’ve decided to slow this fleeting seasonal betwixt magic into a group offering. Because the ritual of gathering in focussed space to Feel together is how my body truly lets the moment arrive in my bones.

Be seen at the beach in full baptismal glory - a line of floating woman bare titts to the clouds.

Not just because you dont need to "rent the venue", or get permission from the "owners".
