Happy, excited, delighted to tell you all that my debut collection of poems, my book, "Coming Back Stronger Every Time" is out and now available on Amazon and Flipkart (Link in bio).

This is a long cherished dream coming true. For once, I am too overwhelmed to write anything. When I started this writing account a year ago, I had no idea that I would be able to get my book published in just a little more than a year. To be honest, I was never into writing poetry on a regular basis before I started this account. This is just too too too.. I don't know what to say.. surprising, shocking.. But all in a good way!

I have a lot of people to thank for this. First of all, my Mum.. She is always there in my heart and my thoughts.. Always.. My Dad, who is the most important person in my life and who has been my longest companion..

I would like to thank my family, my friends, relatives, neighbours, who have always loved me and wished me well..

I would like to thank people who have listened to me when I needed them the most..

I would like to thank the team at BookLeaf publishing, for believing in me and helping me in bringing this book to life.

I would like to thank all my readers.. Your love for my poetry has given me the much needed encouragement to write more..

I would like to thank all the wonderful writers and poets whom I have met because of my writing account.. I have learnt so much from you all.. You all are supremely talented.. And I love you all!

I would like to thank my teachers and professors, without whom my English would have sucked..

I would like to thank my Didibhai, who has been so kind to me always, my friend, Anindita Ghosh who followed my account and helped me in my growth, right from the time I started it.. I would like to thank my neighbour, Chakraborty Uncle who always read my articles in the morning paper even before me or my Dad.. I would like to thank Bibhash Choudhury Sir, who back in 2019, asked me to get my writing published..

I would like to thank all the neurodivergent people in the world.. You all are amazingly unique and creative.. As a neurodivergent person myself, sending you all so much love..

Got The 21st Century Emily Dickinson Award from BookLeaf Publishing for my book, "Coming Back Stronger Every Time".. So grateful! I hardly consider myself a poet.. I have just started.. I have a long way to go and I have so much to learn, but this feels so good and encouraging!

One Fact- I also share my birthday with The Great Emily Dickinson and I have always felt so connected to her for very many reasons .. I wish some of her incredible talent would rub off on me too!😀

And as always, I want to thank all the writers and poets I have met because of this writing account.. Every single one of you.. I learn from you all every single day.. And I'm hoping that I'll continue to get better at it and maybe make you all proud someday! Thank you! Love you all!❤️ by @safe_haven200

2024 was such a good year for me in many ways.. I remember, at the very start of 2024, I had talked about protecting my mental health at any cost, which I believe I did to a large extent.. Those who know me well know that I have struggled with my mental health in the past, to the point that I was almost non-functional for quite a long period of time.. So, it is definitely a huge deal (the biggest) for me!

It is also the year my debut collection of poems, my book "Coming Back Stronger Every Time" got published and I am eternally thankful to everyone who has wished me the best always.. Truly means a lot to me.. I also contributed to a few anthologies and have been working out regularly since the past few months which has helped me tremendously.. Already feeling stronger and more in control of my body and my emotions..

So, here's me hoping that 2025 is only going to take it a step forward and is going to be filled with passion, purpose and growth, not just for me, but for everyone! Happy New Year!💜

P.S. I am the least materialistic person that I know (even though these pictures may suggest otherwise, I clean up well I guess.. 😀) but I just had to use this song.. It is such a banger even after all these years! by @safe_haven200

Hey everyone! When Harry Met Sally is going to be the next movie that I am going to write about on my movie account @oscarfeverdream , where I write about movies that have been nominated for Oscars or have won an Oscar. If you love movies, perhaps you may like that account. Your like, follow, share would mean a lot to me, as I am just starting out. Thank you.

Also, Fall is such a Meg Ryan season. There is no fall without Meg Ryan and When Harry Met Sally.
