On November 6th, our CEO will be joining the featured session, “Brother to Brother: Black Men and Mental Health,” for an important conversation about the experiences, challenges, healing, and wellness of Black men.

Conversations like these matter. Creating spaces where Black men can speak openly about mental health, vulnerability, resilience, and healing helps challenge stigma and reminds us that taking care of our mental health is part of taking care of ourselves and our communities. by @safehaven_therapy

Representation matters, especially in spaces where our stories are often overlooked. Proud to be featured in New York Weekly and to continue using my platform to advocate for the mental and emotional well being of Black men everywhere. by @safehaven_therapy
