In Dub Artist Spotlights:

Nam Chucks, known formally as Namnita Kumar, is a DJ, selector, MC and longtime radio host at Radioactive FM.

Nam Chucks possesses a deep appreciation and respect for Soundsystem philosophy - dedicating her musical selections to the concepts of unity and inclusivity in rave culture. Soundsystem music serves as a vessel for her to heal others, guide the dance and respect all things sacred & indigenous.

In Dub Artist Spotlights:

Kong Kasi is a dub/reggae artist and singer. His music is heavily inspired by obscure roots reggae, rocksteady and dub of the 1970s and 80s. He’ll be performing some of his newest music alongside some local heroes like Babetech and DJ BOBOTAWAZ. Bringing along a special collection of roots rocking wax!

Hanson st. Dub is a Pōneke based crew that draws inspiration from roots, reggae, dub and post dub.

Their live set will consist of original tracks as well as a selection of some of their favorite dubs and steppers.

A sonic exploration into all things roots, steppas and dub.
