Just like I promised 605 for 10, i swear my muscle memory I might get 700 this coming week. Very positive and pain free! Just remember sometimes a little tweek in your daily routine will cure the past. After 2 years I'm pain free, nerve glides did the trick. #painfree #swole #preworkout #legsworkout #steelers #gains💪 #music by @sagaswole

Orginally was going to wait to post this once I made another video this week. It's crazy to think not doing legs serious for 2 years and still having this kinda power. Plan on posting 700-800 pound leg press this week. The crazy how a few stretches and lower back strengthening exercise have allowed me to reignite my muscle memory from so long ago!! #legsworkout #legs #swole #preworkout #lightweightbaby by @sagaswole

My newest try was a success. I'm not caffeine sensitive. But this was enough caffeine to have me in the zone. Been a minute, I've literally had no luck with pre-workouts lately. But this broke the mold. Taste is great, mixes perfectly with my tornado cup. 10/10 I'd recommend this to anyone struggling to find a swole, mind and body rush. #whitemonster #rhino #preworkout @probodynutritionstore by @sagaswole

First of many reviews. Not going to lie I actually really love the ratio of ingredients in this blend. When I buy a preworkout I want it to deliver. Well this stuff delivers the pump and energy. It's not over whelming but with 1 scoop more than enough for a beginner. 9/10 I'm stim junkie, love trying new pre workouts. #fantasic #dvst8 #inspired by @sagaswole

For over 2 years now this girl has been biggest part of of my life. I love all the challenges we have face as a couple. We have seen moments of disbelief and moments you could only capture in story books. The highs and the lows. But what hurt the most only made us stronger. You came into my life with a simple night of hey let's hang out, prior to that we played cat and mouse for a month before we finally gave in. That car ride in anticipation to meet you was the most anxiety I've ever had. I was expecting to be stood up. But once I pulled next to you in the gym parking lot I quickly realized a big change was about to happen in my life. You met me when I had nothing but I've quickly built a bond with you I'll never replace. I love you and soon I'll be preparing for the next chapter in our lives. 😉😉 #soulmate #love #mygirl #dove #fitcouple #swolemates #dayone by @sagaswole
