IT'S HERE!!

The Owner's Suite is officially open and I am so excited I could scream.

This is the thing I wished existed when I was figuring out how to run a team. A room of women who are actually in it. Every template I wish someone handed me. A live call with me every single month. Somewhere to post the question you've been sitting on for four months and get a real answer.

Because here's what I know: those questions are too specific to Google and too small to hire a consultant for, so they just sit there and turn into something bigger.

Not anymore!

Swipe to see everything that's inside. And I mean everything, because I did not hold back.

$35 a month. Business owners, this is our room. Come sit at the table.

If I took over your business tomorrow, I’d audit these 5 things first.

1. Your prices against everyone else’s. I’d want to understand why you price yourself above, below or right in the middle. Then I’d make sure that aligned with your target client and goals.

2. Revenue per hour, not revenue. Revenue says you were busy. Revenue per hour says whether your services are optimized.

3. What every person is paid, and why. If the answer is a rule, you have a pay structure. If the answer is a story, you have a list of old negotiations.

4. Your calendar. How and where you spend your time helps me understand what phase of life your business is in.

5. What only one person knows how to do. Who would you be in trouble without? What happens if she quits?

This has honestly been one of the healthiest and most freeing mindset shifts I’ve made.

Stop dwelling on the call that wasn’t returned, the resignation that came in, or the client who changed her mind.

Start paying attention to the connections you’re making, the invitations coming your way, and the ideas that seem to show up out of nowhere.

Not every closed door is a loss. Sometimes it’s just making room for something better.

There’s a lot of freedom in trusting that what’s meant for you will find you - and what isn’t, you don’t need to chase.

Less forcing. More trusting. 🤍 by @sage.advisory

Living the dream 😅

Real talk though I left over scheduled living behind in 2025, and I’m proud to say I eat much and take a breather every day now. Join me in this revolutionary movement.

Eating is actually my hobby.

Building beautiful places to work consumes me.
