🌱25% decrease in the risk of having a Caesarean

🌱 8% increase in the likelihood of a spontaneous vaginal birth

🌱 10% decrease in the use of any medications for pain relief

🌱Effective labour support which will increase a mothers Oxytocin and decrease mothers stress reactions , fear and anxiety

🌱 A decrease of mothers feeling dissatisfied with there birth experience due to the support that was provided by a Birth Doula

🌱Feeling safe & heard in ‘Hash environment’s ‘ by having the support and the voice of a Doula that champions and reassurances both mother , partner/ Spouse

🌱Partner/Spouses have felt that having doula support during the labour is supportive and effective as many have felt guided and encouraged through the labour experience and the emotional intensity of labour. by @sage_solaceuk
