Hi!! I'm Sage, nice to meet you ❤️

image description:
The photos show Sage smiling with her ukulele.
The text on the images read:

hi, i'm sage
here's
an introduction
if you need it

i'm Sage
my pronouns are she/her
i've been playing ukulele since 2010 and teaching it since 2012

i'm from the US but moved to Europe in 2021
now i live in France

i'm a singer and a songwriter and i have made more than 7 albums (some solo, many duo projects)

fun fact: i lived in New Mexico for 15 years
completed 3
yoga teacher trainings, and got certified in lyengar yoga

my dog Bug is from Albuquerque but since she comes everywhere with me, she moved with me to Europe
she steals the show anytime we share a stage

i do have the perfect dog

i loooooove swing n jazz from the 1920s and 30s
Ella Fitzgerald is my absolute favorite vocalist

i think that if everyone played a little unselfconscious music, the world would be a better place

i'm really enjoying living in France and will continue teaching ukulele workshops here and all around Europe
within the past year i've played and taught in Finland, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, Canada, and France

if i sound like your kind of person, hit follow for ukulele inspiration, songwriting advice, and tips on how to play jazz and swing on the ukulele
