Fresh organic heirloom tomatoes are one of the best tasting foods on the planet. Avocado, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil on top of homemade whole wheat rye sourdough. Just breathe that in for a sec.

Clarifying stock with and egg white raft aka consommé. I used a coffee filter for this one, but you can easily use cheese cloth. The difference is clear

I drink this smoothie every morning. Sometimes I add different fresh fruit based on what I have in the kitchen. Sometimes I exchange the lemon for lime. Yogurt for kefir, add creatine, juice for water. But essentially this is the base of my smoothie.

It provides me with energy, gut health and nutrients for hours before I eat my first meal. Clears my brain fog and helps with focus and fluidity. Try it yourself.
