🐾 10km down, 40km to go.

This June, Milky and I are taking part in Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.

Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be impacted by cancer by the age of 85. That’s a statistic that reminds us how many families, friends and loved ones are affected by this disease.

We’ve completed our first 10 kilometres together, and we’ll be continuing our journey throughout the month to help raise funds for cancer research, prevention and support services.

If you’re in a position to support the cause, even a small donation can make a meaningful difference. The QR code is included in this video, and the donation link is in my bio.

Sometimes life gives you a soul you didn’t even know you needed.

In the middle of changing houses, changing jobs, stress, uncertainty and starting over… Milky came into my life and somehow made everything feel lighter.

6 months of chaos, chewed cables, sleepless nights, emotional goodbyes before work, and the purest form of unconditional love I’ve ever experienced.

He waits for me like I’m his whole world.

And honestly… maybe he became mine too. 🤍🐾

In Sanatan Dharma, the cow is not just an animal but she is revered as “Gau Mata”, the universal mother who nourishes all of creation selflessly. 🕉️

The Vedas describe that all 33 koti Devi-Devtas reside within the sacred body of the cow. From Kamadhenu which is the divine wish-fulfilling cow that emerged during Samudra Manthan, to Lord Shri Krishna himself being called Govinda and Gopala as the protector and friend of cows…❤️

Cow seva is not charity, it is my and everyone’s Dharma.

Feeding these gentle beings today at Hare Krishna Valley, Melbourne felt like offering my gratitude to the very source of sustenance, compassion and balance in nature.

Back home in Odisha, even Mahaprabhu Sri Jagannath’s Mahaprasad is prepared using dairy offered by Gau Mata reminding us that the sacred ecosystem of Dharma begins with protection, not consumption.

In a world chasing speed, standing beside a cow teaches stillness. In a world chasing profit, serving her teaches surrender. 🙏🏻❤️🕉️🐮

Sometimes Bhakti is not found in grand temples but in a handful of grass which is offered with humility.

Maa Tara Tarini Temple in Ganjam, Odisha is one of the ancient Astadasha Maha Shakti Peethas in India. 🔱🕉️❤️

Situated atop the hill beside the sacred Rushikulya river,
this divine shrine is believed to be the place where Maa Sati’s Stana Khanda fell thus, making it a powerful centre of Shakti worship.
