Not gonna lie… this one caught me OFF GUARD 😮‍🔥

📍 @saigonbistrova — Vietnamese cuisine done RIGHT 🇻🇳

From the fresh, crispy spring rolls 🤤 to that CRAZY good short rib pho (yeah… UNMATCHED anywhere else, I said it 👀🔥) — everything I tried was straight 🔥

And the best part? I made my own roll 😤😂 10/10 for the experience alone!!

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and just HIT different 💯
This is easily a spot you keep coming back to…

Highly recommend — you have my guarantee on this one 🤝

Ok, but 🔥 viet food and cocktails? What are you waiting for? by @saigonbistrova

@saigonbistrova is a hidden gem that truly deserves all the love. The menu features incredible, authentic Vietnamese dishes like Banh Hoi, Bo Ne, and Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice. The standout for me was the Chilean Sea Bass—fried to crispy perfection and served over flavorful glass noodles. The owner’s passion for great food and warm hospitality shines through in every dish. You have to check out this spot! #hosted

Authentic Vietnamese flavors in Loudoun County! ✨ At Saigon Bistro, they’re serving up more than just pho—their 24-hour bone broth, fresh ingredients, and cozy family-style dining make every meal special. From traditional favorites to unique creations, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. 🍜 Their drinks are so refreshing, and their café martini is basically Vietnamese coffee, but cold and with liquor—so good! 🍹☕️
