Revisited @saigondripcafe who also runs @saigondripalley to see if they still have the best banh mi in Seattle.

And yes they damn right do 🔥

Menu prices are still the same a year later
Banh Mi’s are still filled to the max with meat
Portion sizes are still huge
Flavor quality is still consistent

Overall, still my favorite place for banh mi’s and worth the price ⭐️

Seattle has some of the best food in the world, and this right here is proof 💯💯🔥

I pulled up to @saigondripcafe for their Bánh Mì Drip and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Rich, savory, layered with flavor, and dipped into that beef bone marrow soup like they knew exactly what they were doing.

What makes this spot hit even harder is the story behind it. Built from humble beginnings by childhood friends who grew up together, Saigon Drip is more than just great Vietnamese food. It is a real comeback story rooted in culture, community, and resilience.

If you are anywhere near Pioneer Square, do yourself a favor and go get one ASAP.

A banh mi girl in a #banhmi world 🙈✨

Vietnamese is my first language and I guess eating is my second. It was time to pay homage to my culture and @saigondripcafe was the place of choice.

Their steak pho features fresh thick cut noodles that you don’t usually find anywhere else, with yummy broth to match. Steak brisket banh mi to match with soup on the side makes up their special Drip Banh Mi, a play on a classic French Dip.

The sauce on the mango salad was to die for and soft pork dumplings with what tasted and felt like fresh handmade dough made me feel proud to be a Vietnamese Chinese mix 😩😩

Shout out to the gods for letting me be born so I could eat all of this today and to @saigondripcafe for just existing.
