Tsebo 'Saiige' Mokwena is an industrial designer, artist, creative director, and entrepreneur whose multidisciplinary practice explores the dialogue between nature, material, and form. Drawing from organic phenomena and movements such as Art Nouveau, I transform natural rhythms into contemporary sculptural expressions.

My practice embraces sustainable thinking and a deep curiosity about material behavior. Translated into steel, my flowing biomorphic forms challenge the perceived rigidity of an industrial material, creating a visual tension between structure and fluidity.

Join us at the ERF350 Studios as we collaborate with ERF350 for a special women's group exhibition, "Sinenkani" on 6 August 2026.

"Sinenkani"

Sinenkani. We are stubborn. We have power. We refuse to be moved.

This exhibition is about the women who don't give up not because it's easy, but because giving up was never an option. The ones who keep going when everything says stop. The ones who hold their ground when the world tries to push them aside.

Sinenkani, it's the stubbornness of knowing your worth and refusing to negotiate it. It's the power that comes from being rooted in yourself so deeply that no wind can shake you. It's the refusal to let anyone else write your story, define your value, or determine your path.

This exhibition channels that energy: the quiet defiance, the unshakeable presence, the power of a woman who knows exactly who she is and refuses to apologise for it.

Sinenkani is the voice that says no when everything in you wants to say yes. It's the strength to walk away from what doesn't serve you. It's the courage to stay when staying is hard. It's the knowing that you deserve more and the stubbornness to go after it.

We are stubborn. Not because we're difficult. Because we know what we deserve. Because we've been pushed too many times to pretend we don't feel it. Because we've been silenced too many times to stay quiet now.

Sinenkani. We have power. We are power. And we are not going anywhere.

Visiting 3 countries by the time its the eve of my 25th bday was not on my bingo card😂 but I’ll tell you what always was, growing to understand myself and my inner world, being graceful and intentionally caring, becoming my most authentic and honest self - even if it takes admitting very difficult things to myself or others.

Life has been an adventure 🌍and 25 years feels so small but also so long🫣⏳.

Love, grief, changes, pain, despair, regret… We felt that. We welcomed it and maybe somehow managed to say goodbye to it but it transformed us from the roots and upward… Wow man🪾🍃

No trending sound just a dump of things I was doing leading up to @hour.turn .

It cost me a lot of time and processing mentally, digitally, strategically and even extra dimensionally😂GUYS, I AM EXHAUSTED but super grateful that God has been by my side as I fulfill the responsibilities of hosting an event for the first time since AURA (if you went to HS with me, IYKYK). Goodness me I’m even working, paying for my studies and grappling with it all and family and church.
