August… you were a MONTH 😮‍💨☕️⏰

First off, my debut HYROX race is officially November 21st! 🏃🏾‍♂️🔥 I’m super excited, nervous, and locked in. I’ve been training HARD, praying harder, and doing everything I can to stay disciplined and motivated. 🙏🏾

On top of that, I enrolled back in school to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Cinematography at Full Sail University 🎥🎓 — and I officially completed my FIRST MONTH and ACED IT! 🤙🏾😏

All while working a FULL-TIME job AND running my photography/videography business. 📸🎬

And speaking of my business… I’m truly thankful and blessed for EVERY person who has poured into me, recommended me, supported my work, and most importantly — spoke my name in rooms I wasn’t in. 😮‍💨🙏🏾 That means more to me than y’all will ever know. AMEN.

August definitely challenged me. There were moments, situations, and revelations that threw me off a little… but imma G ♊️😂 The bounce back ain’t nothing to a real one. 😏☕️⏰

One thing about me: everyone who truly knows me knows my intentions are always pure. I move with truth, I lead with love, and I genuinely want to see the people around me WIN. 🫶🏾

So I’m leaving August with gratitude for the wins, lessons from the challenges, and peace about everything I can’t control.

September… we going UP. 🎥📸🎓🏃🏾‍♂️✨

God is GOOD. AMEN. 🙏🏾🫶🏾🧡 taken in Houston, Texas by @saint.khris

5 behind-the-scenes moments. One client vision.

Every project is different, but one thing never changes—every camera setting, lens choice, and movement is intentional.

I wanted to pull back the curtain and show exactly how I captured this client promo, from the Sony FX30 on the DJI RS5 to the DJI Pocket 4 Pro. If you’re a filmmaker looking to recreate these shots, swipe through and check out the settings I used for each scene.

The final video is only part of the story. This is what it took to create it.

If you found these breakdowns helpful, save this post for your next shoot and let me know which setup you want me to break down next.

Every rep is data. Every session is another system update.
