I’m honored to share a practice I created and now facilitate: Sacred Portal Meditative Dance. This is an invitation to come fully into your body and release what no longer serves you: mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Movement helps clear stagnant energy and oxidative stress, making space for more calmness, inner peace, healing, and connection to the divine. So come move, come release, come have a good time, and raise your vibration, because movement is life.

🌀Sacred Portal Meditative Dance🌀
A guided journey through breath and movement — honoring ancestors, the elements, and the land beneath us. No steps to learn. No experience needed. Just your body, your breath, and permission to move exactly how you need to.
📅 Sept 13, 2026
🕠 5:30–6:45pm
📍 Lightwork Lounge, 11340 W Bell Rd, Ste 114, Surprise
💵 $25
Bring a towel and water — come ready to move.
There’s no wrong way to move. Come as you are.

I had the absolute honor of spending teacher appreciation day volunteering at Sundance Elementary School in Buckeye, providing a sacred healing space for our incredible educators was everything.💖

Teachers give so much of their spirit, time, and energy into our children every day. Neglecting their own well-being Being able to offer them a moment to breathe, relax, and unwind through chair massage was truly a blessing. It was a beautiful experience to see the tension melt away, and the calm settle in. 🕉️💆🏽‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Thank you, Sundance Elementary for having me! To all the teachers out there, know that you are worthy of rest.🕉️🌀💐✨✨✨

Review for Saisha's Spiritual Touch Massage and Sound Healing Services

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Saisha's Spiritual Touch massage and sound healing services, and I can't recommend her enough! I met her at a wellness retreat, where she offered chair massages and sound baths, and it was a transformative experience from the very beginning.

Walking into her home space was like entering a sanctuary. The ambiance was warm and inviting, instantly making me feel at ease. I was particularly enchanted by her unique backyard—a lazy river that I've never seen before! It set such a relaxing tone for the entire experience.

Before my session, Saisha served me a delightful Wild Woman Herbal Blend tea, which was a lovely touch. She took the time to understand my specific wellness needs and created a personalized massage oil just for me. The thoughtfulness she puts into her work truly sets her apart.

The sound healing portion of my session was nothing short of magical. Saisha used bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to create vibrations that provided an amazing nervous system reset. I felt a deep sense of relaxation and serenity wash over me. Following that, I enjoyed a full-body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and deeply grateful for Saisha's healing hands.

Since my visit, my body has continued to feel the positive effects of her work. If you're looking for a healing experience that nurtures both the body and soul, I highly recommend booking a session with Saisha. Her talent and passion for wellness shine through in everything she does. Thank you, Saisha, for such a wonderful experience! 🌿✨ taken in Surprise, Arizona by @saishaspiritualtouch
