one of my biggest regrets is that I couldn’t go full out on the festival shuffles cuz I went too hard on my workouts and shuffling two weeks ago and I think I fr strained my glutes or hips cuz it STILL hurts bad to dance 😭😭

📣 NEW CLASS SCHEDULE!!

☆ beginner/intermediate (Level 2) shuffle class every Tuesday at 6pm
☆ beginner (Level 1) shuffle dance class every Thursday at 8pm

in the level 1 class, no dance experience is necessary! l’Il go over the fundamentals of Melbourne-rooted shuffling and cutting shapes, and afterwards teach a beginner level choreo.

in the level 2 class, I spend less time on fundamentals and more on additional techniques and tips, and teach either a faster paced or slightly more complex choreo (still beginner friendly)!

tb to day 20 of dancing every day this summer 🌞 I haven’t been perfect but I’ve done almost all the days so far so im proud for sticking to it ✍️

honestly agh I did not like any of these runs - it was just one of those days where the flow was not feeling fluid at all and was kinda awkward BUT regardless I still appreciate it for what it was🙂‍↕️ and this whole day was the best and needs to be commemorated 🤍 more pool/dance/doggy days are due hehe @magic__maddie @starlight_shuffles
