Tomato Salad with Thai Anchovies Dressing and Homemade Stracciatella

Sala Lecture: Porn (English Edition)
by Oat Montien

[The lecture will be conducted entirely in English.]

Sala Lecture is a lecture and film screening series by Sala Saneha that invites artists, thinkers, and creative practitioners from various fields to share their interests and stories through talks, films, and diverse media formats.

Queer artist ‘Oat Montien’ will explore the world of American underground queer cinema through the works of James Bidgood, Kenneth Anger, and Steven Arnold artists and directors who created dazzling fantasy worlds within limited spaces and resources. The session examines the connections between these works and queer life, underground culture, adult cinema, and cult beliefs stories that are often overlooked and lost from mainstream film history.

Somehow, we're already halfway through October.

Nothing particularly special on the calendar this week, just another good reason to spend some time at Sala Saneha.

Dinner, wine, and long conversations in the evening. On weekends, we open the house from 11 AM for coffee, Chinese tea, lunch, and a little time with our books and cinema.

Whether you've been meaning to visit for the first time or haven't seen us in a while, we'd be happy to have you around this week.

Feel free to DM or call us for reservations. taken in Sala Saneha by @sala.saneha

Friday night starts with dinner, plenty of wine, and a house full of people. Walk-ins are very welcome too.

On Saturday and Sunday, we open the house during the day too. A slower afternoon with lunch, coffee, tea, books, and films upstairs.

For reservations, please feel free to call or DM us. See you around the Sala Saneha this weekend. taken in Sala Saneha by @sala.saneha
