Introducing: THE SUMMER LINK UP.

If you’ve been to one of my events before, you already know we don’t do boring gym classes over here but this time, I wanted to take it up a level.

On Saturday 29th August, I’m bringing you a women-only fitness experience in Vauxhall:

🍑 45-minute glute-focused workout led by me
🎧 Live DJ by Dynamics Circle — expect Bashment, Amapiano, Afrobeats + MORE

🩷 And after we train, THE LINK UP — eat, music, socialise, take pics and meet other girls.
