🎉 15 Years with Networx! 🎉

It’s hard to believe that I’ve been with Networx for 15 years! When I look back at where I started and how much has changed—not only within Networx, but across the lead generation and home services industry—it’s pretty incredible to see the journey.

I started my career in Sales, where I learned the importance of building relationships, understanding customers, and finding solutions that truly work. From there, I moved to the Customer Service side, where I had the opportunity to work with VIP accounts, manage budgets, navigate changes, and learn even more about what our customers need to be successful.

Eventually, my journey led me to the Enterprise Department, where I’ve been able to bring all of those experiences together—working strategically with our customers, analyzing performance, optimizing lead sources, navigating budgets, and helping businesses make the most of their partnership with Networx.

And wow… what a lot of change I’ve witnessed along the way! Technology has evolved, the way consumers search for and engage with home service providers has changed, the lead generation industry has transformed, and Networx itself has gone through its own incredible evolution.

One thing I’ve learned over these 15 years is that change really is the only constant. And while change can certainly come with challenges, it’s also what keeps things interesting, pushes us to learn, and gives us opportunities to grow.

I can honestly say that I love my job. I love the people I have the opportunity to work alongside, and most importantly, I love the relationships I’ve built with our customers and contacts over the years. Some of those relationships have lasted through countless changes, new systems, new strategies, and different chapters—and those relationships are one of the things I value most.

I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences, the lessons, the challenges, the successes, and the many people who have been part of this journey.

15 years down… and I’m excited to see what’s next! 🥂

Here’s to continued growth, continued change, and hopefully many more years of doing what I love! ❤️ taken in Atlanta, GA by @sallen1129
