This HEARTX Sedona Meditation/Yoga Retreat was transformational with @wearejared. 6 days and 5 nights of true epicness! We did JM Vinyasa Yoga 5 times, meditation/Sadhana practice 4 times with mantras/malas, and hiked in the Sedona trails 4 times (Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Broken Arrow, and Airport Mesa). I did 4 healing sessions and private Rapé ceremonies with such amazing souls, held a sound bath for the group in Raven's Cave, provided 2 mini sound baths, did Reiki on myself twice (and even others next to me felt it), had a private sound bath from @sacredrites1008 in a Monochord chair, and had a beyond celestial session with @ascensionchamber.

My favorite was when @wearejared led an insane Trataka meditation with my Mystical Magical White Sage Cleansing Candles and it was BANANAS! (shop link in my bio) We activated our third eye chakras and went interdimensional, visioned crazy $%*&, astral traveled, spoke with aliens, and indigenous languages with other civilizations. During the Broken Arrow hike when we meditated at the end, I had 3 indigenous downloads in the ceremonial grounds and saw hundreds of ceremonies there flash before my eyes. I truly awakened into my power during this retreat. I self-applied Rapé 2-4 times a day to constantly clear out, reset, and recharge, if anyone was wondering how I had the energy and capacity to do all this in technically 4 full days. The Spirit of Rapé helped me so much. The vortexes and lands of Sedona charged me so so so much. I was beaming. Literally.

And this all begins with yoga. Just getting on the mat and being guided by such a great teacher @wearejared with the most incredible teachings. (ironically half of us had @liforme mats)

Thank you to all that crossed my path in Sedona and Phoenix. My deepest gratitude to @wearejared @sallyschoice @richawniverse for hosting such an incredible retreat and allowing space for me to do what I do. I am grateful and blessed to give, to receive, to serve purpose. My heart is glowing immensely. I love you all so much. 🙏💛🙌

In this workshop, students will explore the foundations of meditation in a practical, approachable way, cultivating the ability to witness thoughts without attachment. Meditation is simply the practice of training your attention and building awareness. Through a blend of guided meditation and instruction, participants will leave with simple techniques and a strong starting point for developing their own personal practice.

the end of YOU 🏝️ a dream come true seeing an experience come to reality that @wearejared and i've been planning together for the past six months.

i cherish the past week living with beautiful souls -- meditating, learning, eating, and going on wild hawaiian adventures together.

thankful to every person who was there and for every moment we shared together 💛 thank you jared for trusting me and allowing me to dream with you. and ofc for being all of our beloved teacher 📿🌈 thank you rich who drove our magick van, made sure everything ran smoothly. you took the best care of our group 🚐👼🏻💕 thank you mama rebecca for your continued support, wisdom and your star insights that help us better understand ourselves ✨🐬🌟💫 thank you carole for joining us as our photographer and bringing your posi-vibes 🪩 thanks again chef kerstin. happy birthday bb erin 🤍

many years ago, i spent a lot of time at a place called magick city.
it was a liberating sanctuary iykyk. all sorts of weird, cool things happened there. i mostly went for parties and kombucha. being there was healing for me, like yoga or meditation. we all need places to emotionally process and it was that kind of place where my spirit was free.

@magickcity closed its doors a couple years ago in greenpoint. the person behind it, rich, moved to hawaii and now he’s settled back in nyc. somewhere in our MC crossover, we met, did long distance, and watched life unfold. we’ve been thru some stuff together. it’s been quite real. but god is god, and we just can’t outlife love and understanding. we've tried!

i realized the healing feeling keeping me returning to magick city was the feeling of rich. that spirit is him! love is very weird. follow your heart and who knows?

he is the kindest, brightest, gentlest, most selfless & honest person i know. he makes everything happen for all of us. he’s the BEST party maker we’re all lucky to have. 🪩 he and i both love hanging out with you all 🤍 happy birthday dumpling
