Need to lose weight, but every diet leaves you confused about what to eat?

That’s exactly how this busy Mum came to me.

She had weight she wanted to feel more confident in herself, but had no clue how to manage her nutrition or what she should actually be doing.

Fact: She didn’t need another strict diet or another list of foods she could and couldn’t eat.

Fact: She needed to understand how to make nutrition work around her busy life.

So instead of just telling her what to do, I taught her how to plan her day of eating, understand her nutrition and adjust things when life didn’t go to plan (because often, it doesn’t).

That’s where the real change happens.

The goal is not just to lose weight while you’re being coached.

It’s to evolve with coaching and gain the knowledge, confidence and habits to keep looking after yourself long after it ends.

Her feedback says it perfectly:

“It’s not always about how you look but how you feel.”

That’s exactly what I do for my clients.

Not another diet they have to start over every Monday, but the tools to make fat loss work in their actual life.

If you’re ready to stop starting over, DM me “EVOLVE”. by @sallywarren_1

Now I’m excited to go to sleep - tomorrow is meal prep day for me so it will be too Coles and to the kitchen to get organised - which I see as an active self-care and self-love - being intentional to nourish my body for the week with good quality food (this then reduces the need for me to think about it in the week and means there will be no impulsive decisions only food healthy choices) by @sallywarren_1

One month in, and I’m feeling pretty good about this new direction. 💗

When I started, my goal wasn’t to lose weight. I wanted to move more, eat better, feel stronger and find a way of living that felt sustainable for me and my family.

And that’s exactly what I’m working towards with Sally.

A few things I’ve noticed so far:
✨ I’m feeling more in control of my food choices.
✨ My sugar cravings have settled.
✨ My clothes are feeling a little looser.
✨ I’m getting stronger and moving more.
✨ I’m building habits I can hopefully carry on long term.

I’ve also lost a couple of kilos, but the scales aren’t my main measure of progress. How I feel, the habits I’m building and how much more confident I feel in my choices matter so much more.

I’m not giving up chocolate, doing anything extreme or aiming for perfection. Just making better choices more consistently.

Bring on month 2! 🙌

If you’d like to chat with Sally about your own health and fitness goals and how she could support you, I’ll leave her details here:

No - it did not happen overnight. Yes - it happened with relentless consistency over two years and 10 months.

Consistency is a skill set and it is learning and mastering skills such as consistency which get you the transformation. by @sallywarren_1

What a wild ride the last 3 months has been 😜 Deciding to run a marathon with only 12 weeks of training is not ideal preparation 😬

Thankfully my coach @sallywarren_1 agreed to support me and my crazy goal. I could never have done any of it without Sally and the @letsevolveco app to guide me through all the training and nutrition.

So many mornings, I did not want to get out of bed and run before work. Friday nights were sacrificed for early Saturday morning alarms and long runs - a lot of which were hours of running in the dark. It’s such a huge undertaking, but the feeling when you cross the finish line is like nothing else.

Having a coach who believes in everything you do is priceless and being an ambassador for @letsevolveco has been life-changing for me.

Lots of people have said I don’t know how you do it, I could never run a marathon. But the truth is if you want to, you absolutely can. With a supportive coach who has the expertise and can give you all the tools you need, YOU can achieve anything 🙌🏼

Now what next? 🤔🤭 by @sallywarren_1

Where my ladies at? 🙋🏼‍♀️ take control of the controllables aka your calorie deficit meal prep will help you stay ahead of the hunger by @sallywarren_1

No, weight loss is not just calories in calories out.

Weight loss is so much more.

It’s about transforming yourself from the inside out.

Waking up and deciding that you want to feel healthier and acting in alignment with that every day even when it feels hard.

Weight loss is a wonderful opportunity to create yourself.

To create a happier and healthier future
A life that’s worth living
Improving the quality of your experience on this planet

And by being kind to your body and mind through this process, you’ll learn how to do that for others

I do not see weight loss or something that we should be ashamed of

I see weight loss is the greatest opportunity for a woman to empower herself

With endless misinformation online and probably a traumatic past of Diet culture

I’m here to go against the grain and remind you

If you want to feel better
There is no shame in that
Go all in
Be consistent and be disciplined

And take the opportunity that weight loss transformation and journey presents

Do yourself a favour and save this for later because it’s filled with all the good stuff by @sallywarren_1

How would the lean version of you snack?

well, first things first if you are physically lean, you have muscle tone and lower body fat than what you do now

that means that you would need to be hitting your protein targets and strength training to acquire such a physique

So the lean version of you would definitely be snacking because you need to actually eat food to keep muscle on your frame

Yes, that’s right. Muscle cost calories and it cost protein.

The lean version of you would think about balancing her snacks so that she’s not skipping out on nutrition

Not only that, but she would make sure that Her snacks are prioritised around her training so that she has fuel to train and fuel to recover

The unhealthy version of you how would she snack?

Would she snack based on her feeling?

It’s very likely that she would snack based on what’s convenient

What was given to her or what she felt like in the moment based on nothing but impulse or feeling

Because the truth is, is that if you are healthy, you actually care about your body and your health

And if you care about your body and your health, you are mindful before you put food in your mouth

Mindless snacking is the habit of someone who’s not thinking before they put food in their mouth

Mindful snacking is the opposite

Within my coaching services, I helped my clients build snacks based on their nutritional needs

And if I see them or hear them talking about their snacks in a way that is not nutritionally fulfilling, I will educate them on how to improve that

Because I am not the type of coach that makes it easy for you

I am the type of coach that means you will walk away from this Service with education and confidence in what you’re doing

I also supply PDF resources to customers at the right times of their journey to help educate them on snacking better

And if you want more information about that, I’m happy to share it if you’re in need of it

If you want my snack guide just comment snacks below by @sallywarren_1

Stuck on what's for dinner in a fat loss phase?

This is your answer.

A high-protein meal you can make in 120 seconds with just 4 ingredients.

No meal prep at all.

No complicated recipe needed.

Zero spending an hour in the kitchen!

If “I don’t have time” is the reason you keep falling off track with your nutrition, you need quick meals you can make when life is busy.

This is the kind of simple, high-protein option you can have ready when you’re hungry, short on time and still want to support your fat-loss goal.

Save this one for your next busy day.

What’s stopping you from eating well when you’re busy? If nothing is your answer, that is correct! It's all in the mindset. by @sallywarren_1
