The truth is
- healing is not
linear. There are going to be days where
you wake up and your bones are full of
light. There are going to be days where it
feels like your heart has finally settled into
its new form, has finally mended the
wounds. There are going to be days where
you leap towards something you would
have run from in the past, and those
moments will be so gratifying - life will
feel beautiful and hopeful and bathed in
growth.

But there will also be days where you take
ten steps backwards. Where the wound is
scratched, where the hurt resurfaces,
where you race so quickly towards your
hope that you stumble over it. You will feel
like you have moved on, and then you will
hear a certain song, or you will realize that
you have forgotten what your mothers
voice sounded like, or you will see
something that flashes nostalgia into your
chest, and you will be reminded that the
ache is still there. That it is still tender.
And that is okay.
Healing happens in waves. It is a process

Feeling Grateful for my summer camera roll and this Beautiful Hard Life.

Meet Destiny….

This baddie is actively serving our country for The United States Army. She goes back and forth between Washington and California.

She seeks a kind, trustworthy man who enjoys cooking, values the outdoors, is handy, and prioritizes fitness.

If you’re one of my clients, you’ve shared your thoughts and experiences in my chair. I know you well—perhaps even better than your closest friends. Yet, you’re navigating the complex dating world, searching for that special someone.

In this chaotic landscape, I’m here to help.
To become a Salon Ski Single, book an appointment to get your hair done. This is where we can get to know one another, and you can share what you’re looking for in a partner.

Meet Vinny

@chef.vinny

I enjoy hands-on activities like woodworking and cooking, and I have a passion for old music and exploring new places. I love meeting new people, learning, and spending time with my nieces at church. You can often find me in my greenhouse or by the river with snacks, soaking in nature. I’m into running (sort of), soccer, and surfing, and I find joy in watching restoration videos. I’m looking to chop my dad’s motorcycle and start riding.#salonskisingles #notaplayernomore #hotandsingle #ithinkicouldlovehim taken in Auburn, California by @salon.ski

A salon chair is just a portal to the soul!

In my experience, clients often feel like family. While the norm suggests keeping a professional distance, I believe genuine care makes my work rewarding. Recently, I traveled to do the hair of a client I’ve known for 15 years. As a bonus see a friend I’ve known since college. Each appointment is more than just a service; it’s a chance to share stories and support one another. The bonds we create remind me that my work is about connection, trust, and family.
