This week was all about Son Cubano💫 We dove into the rich rhythms of contra tiempo, learning to step outside the usual 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 counts. Learning to slow down is powerful... it allows us to truly listen, to feel the pauses, and to create space for connection🫂 When we’re not rushing, we become more aware of our partner, the music, and the energy between us. That’s where the magic happens💫 Son teaches us that dance isn’t just about steps it’s about presence, tension, and release. We’ll continue exploring this beautiful style next week and we still have spots available in our Intermediate 3 and Advanced groups. DM us for more information 🙌 🎵 Ray Fernandez - El Son de José #SonCubano #ContraTiempo #CubanDance #Salsa by @salsa.train
Some moments with students from our first week – the theme was Rumba guaguancó, and we just got a little taste of it😍💃 We’re really looking forward to Week 2 with a new vibe: Son Cubano🤗 If you still want to join, there’s space in our Intermediate 3 and Advanced groups DM us if you have any questions 🙌❤️ #cubansalsa #salsa #socialdancing by @salsa.train

This is your last chance (for now) to train with SalsaTrain 💃 Here’s the structure of what’s coming: We’ve prepared an 8-week course, built around a video project. However, the final video is not the main goal — it’s just a way to give the course a clear structure and to celebrate what we've learned 🙌❤️ Even if you don't want to participate in the video, you are more than welcome to join the training! Here’s the weekly breakdown: • Week 1: Rumba Guaguancó • Week 2: Son Cubano • Week 3: Timba • Week 4: Ladies’ and Men’s Styling • Weeks 5-8 (June): Focus on polishing everything we’ve learned, repeating and refining the material, and putting it together into a choreography. You can sign up for a single class, a full month, or for the entire course — pricing will vary depending on your choice🙏 This program is available for Intermediate 2, Intermediate 3, and Advanced groups. Sign up via link in Bio or DM us if you have any questions 😌 We can’t wait to dance, learn, and grow with you during these final months before our break❤️❤️ by @salsa.train
Some exiting and sad news🙏🙌 We’ll be working together for the next two months, but don’t worry — we’re NOT closing. We’re simply taking a short break to come back stronger, more inspired, and with even more knowledge to share with you❤️ by @salsa.train
