SALSARAVE MORNINGS YOGA

While SalsaRave keeps us dancing for hours and hours, Karen McGuire was there every early morning to help our participants slow down, stretch, breathe and prepare their bodies for another full day of dancing.

Her daily yoga classes became a little moment to reset before all the SalsaRave madness started again. ❤️
