Valentine’s weekend with my shawty ❤️ by @salsadip27

*insert hard caption* by @salsadip27

So so proud of this team! Before the season started we all set a goal of qualifying for USTA Sectionals by winning our league. We finished the regular season going 7-0 allowing us to represent the SGV at sectionals. We didn’t want our season to end there and spent hours upon hours preparing for this tournament in hopes to move on to Nationals. We went undefeated at Sectionals group play finishing with the 1st seed and giving us a spot in the finals with a chance to qualify for USTA Nationals. The job isn’t finished yet but I just wanted to acknowledge how hard all of us worked to get to this point. Huge shoutout to @hfasports and all our family and friends who came out to support this weekend. One more match let’s get it. @ustasocal by @salsadip27

For the first time in a few years walked parts of the marathon and for the first time ever threw up a few times while doing exercise. Absolute disaster of a race due to just being absolutely unprepared. Hate the concept of moral victories and I think that’s why this race is so disappointing to me because it feels like wasted effort. Maybe I’m just too hard on myself but that’s what makes me me. Came to terms with the fact that I can’t balance it all and if I ever want to reach my goals I need to sacrifice somewhere. Going to be a tough few days getting over this one but we’ll be back. ‘25 is a wrap by @salsadip27

3:04. Not disappointed but just upset. Going into this race I knew I barely put any serious training because of splitting my time between so many things. Knew it was going to be a tough one but left it all out there. Was killing the race at a 6:40 pace until the lack of training caught up at mile 21 and my legs cramped the whole rest of the race. Sucks it had to end like that but all I can say is it’s not a failure just another step to success. Now I know what needs to be done. On to the next. So thankful for the opportunity given to me by @longbeachmarathon to be one of their Ambassadors and even more thankful for everyone who sent a message, came to watch or used my code! A very eventful summer 🌲🎾🏃‍♂️ by @salsadip27

Cruisinnnnn to Cabo by @salsadip27

🇺🇸🦅This past weekend I attended APhA’s Summer Leadership Institute where I had the opportunity to advocate for the Ensuring Community Access to Pharmacist Services Act (ECAPs) with regional and state representatives at Capitol Hill. This bill helps vulnerable populations receive more access to healthcare through the help of pharmacists and Medicare Part B! So grateful to have experienced this weekend with the friends who make pharmacy school so much easier and the new ones I made! by @salsadip27

Keep. Moving. Forward.

Grateful for another year of life and the lessons it brings with it. Even more grateful to have spent it with the people who mean the most. Praying I don’t peak at 25 🤠🤣 by @salsadip27

Hello everyone! Super excited to announce I got sponsored by @longbeachmarathon for the upcoming marathon this October and will be one of their ambassadors! Until then I’ll be documenting my journey to getting a Boston Qualifier and giving advice on how to prepare for a race. I’ll also be working with @runningsucksrunningclub to host some training runs and give away free entries! If you want to join me or race any other of the events offered, make sure to use my PROMO CODE: Sergio15 for $15 off any event! Let’s get started and #keepmovingforward (p.s. thank you to @connizzzle for making this sick graphic for me 🙏)
