When it was announced that the World Cup would be hosted here at home, I told myself to take full advantage in experiencing a piece of history that I know doesn’t come around too often. From celebrating with our Scottish & English friends at USC’s Coliseum, to making friends with folks from Türkiye & experiencing my 1st World Cup match at Sofi… it’s been a month I’ll always look back on & appreciate. This sport is beautiful & the way it brings the world together is truly special. I’ll miss seeing the Norway rows, singing Cielito Lindo after a México win. (Still grieving ngl) & all the watch parties with great company. Hard to believe it’s already coming to an end. With all that said, I’m grateful for each moment & I’ll see ya’ll at the Olympics in ‘28. 🤞🏼 by @salstouch

With year 6 locked in I wanted to share some of the mems I’ve captured on my Fujifilm over the years. (more specifically Chella ‘23, ‘24, & ‘25). Didn’t have my Fuji for ‘17 & ‘22 😭Quite literally hundreds of photos & memories. Seeing all our young faces… we’re getting old. Holding on tight to these. by @salstouch

If you’re new here — welcome! We are officially entering the thick of grad season & as we ramp up into the summer. I wanted to layout some quick pointers for my class of ‘26 (& beyond).📍Sal, how long is a grad shoot? A typical grad shoot is usually from 45 minutes to an hour where we’ll go through a set amount of traditional poses while also getting creative!📍Can I change my outfit? Outfit changes are always welcome so long as we’re mindful of our time 🤞🏼📍Can I bring a friend.. maybe even my dog? Feel free to bring whoever! Anybody is welcome & can freely get in on some photos if they’d like. 📍What props do you recommend I bring? Champagne I feel is the most common, but I also recommend bringing more than 1 (just incase). Graduates also bring their diplomas, photos of loved ones, & confetti. Just be mindful of campus rules as we always want to be respectful!📍What if the weather isn’t on our side? I’m always for approaching a photoshoot glass half full & embracing the elements as they come. A positive mindset going into a photoshoot is important. Some of my favorite shoots have been in the pouring rain or on the gloomiest of days. I understand that’s not ideal for everybody so if you want a reschedule it comes at no extra cost — I’ll also keep tabs prior to the day of our shoot to make sure we’re okay!📍How will I get my photos? The photos are delivered through a private online gallery, where quality of photos is also retained.📍Sal do you have a team? Nobody actually asks me this lmao but I am a one man army, so I appreciate your patience end of day it does mean a lot. In a perfect world I’d love to take everybody’s photos but with a finite amount of days, I understand that’s not possible — so let me know when you’re ready to lock in a date! Fun fact: I wanted to go to the University of Oregon fresh out of high school but life had other plans.. but life is funny & years later I’d find myself walking around this beautiful campus anyway, only this time with a camera in hand & getting to do what I love! An experience that will stick with me forever. Here’s to more grad photoshoots & wherever they may take me. 🤞🏼 by @salstouch
