The perfect summer setting.

The cool tones of the waterline tiles against the warm neutral finishes, surrounded by beautiful established trees. Simple, timeless and made for Sydney summers. by @saltbuild_

Randwick

Western red cedar, left to silver. Natural blackbutt flooring through the living spaces. A green-tiled pool and spa off the courtyard makes this house just stunning to live in.

Lots of Progress on our waterfront project with the structure well underway and the new home starting to come together.

Plenty happening behind the scenes to get to this stage, with a big few months ahead as we push towards the finishes.

Looking forward to seeing this one come to life

The kind of stone you design a kitchen around.
Strong movement, insane texture, and that deep green tone running through the space.
Pairing it with Pitt integrated burners keeps the benchtop seamless and gives the kitchen a real architectural edge🔥 by @saltbuild_

Demo wrapped. Set-out underway.
Demolition is finished and we’re straight into set-out — walls, levels, services, all dialled in for a smooth run ahead.
This home will be packed with premium detail, including a lot of beautiful Tallowwood throughout the finishes — warm, timeless, and built to last.

Big weeks ahead before Christmas. Can’t wait to see this one come to life. 🌊🏗️
