So today is my birthday!! And I just want to take a second to give a shout out to a dear friend of mine @kelleekeys Someone who has been a big inspiration to me especially during birthdays!! 😍🎉🥳 For years it was very likely that I would cry on my birthday. I tried so hard not to but it was always as if I had hidden expectations even when I thought I didn't and then I felt disappointed. Birthdays are supposed to be a wonderful day and a day to celebrate but it just felt like I was always let down or embarrassed to say what I really wanted. Well my good friend @kelleekeys absolutely loves her birthday! and she will plan the whole day with fun things and things she wants to do and she is proud of it. A couple years ago I realized that was exactly what I needed to do was choose what I wanted to do and plan my own party! And ever since doing that it has made my birthday so much fun! ( I don't even cry on my birthday anymore 😂😉) But I truly admire how confident and proud that my friend @kelleekeys is when it's her birthday that every year I strive to be that confident to be celebrated and realize I am deserving of feeling special on my birthday no shame about it! So @kelleekeys thank you so much for being you and showing how truly special it can be to feel confident in who you are and realize it is ok and actually a good thing to be celebrated. Love you so much and I truly admire you friend 🤍 by @saltedpalm

What are your hobbies? I know surfing was one of my favorite things to do for the past 11 years! And now I've moved to the mountains. I'm in a transition of finding a new hobby. Especially for the summertime! After the last crazy year I hope we can all have a summer to remember. Enjoying the outdoors ☀️ Maybe traveling a bit. and just soaking it all in! taken in Mármol, Sinaloa, Mexico by @saltedpalm

What are your summer plans? Do you have anything planned to go somewhere tropical? I'm Dreaming of the days we would go 30 minutes outside of Mazatlán and surf uncrowded waves. And find the biggest unbroken sand dollars and other sea treasures. 🐚 In the warm salty air always wearing my salted palm earrings 🤍 which by the way are great earrings at the beach! 🤍🌊 taken in Mármol, Sinaloa, Mexico by @saltedpalm

Just over one month until the first day of summer! Summer is by far my favorite season of all. Sunshine, bathing suits, sun dresses, and shorts. Also white is such a beautiful summer color. It goes with just about anything and looks so pretty on sun kissed skin. 🤍☀️

It's been a while since I have connected on here! To be honest we have been in over our heads with our new coffee shop @looneybeanmammoth and moving and getting settled in to a new place in a new town! It's all wonderful things but non the less challenging. Today felt warm here in Mammoth lakes, and felt like a taste of summer ☀️ my favorite season of all! I'm so excited about cute summer outfits and bright colored earrings 🌈 I'm thinking some turquoise and yellow maybe a pretty pair of white earrings for this season 🤔😍 taken in Mexico by @saltedpalm

Covid has been a weird thing. It has caused people to grow apart or distance themselves. It has pulled people away from each other and not always for the good. As hard as this season has been a huge lesson I have learned is how much we still NEED each other. We need to lift each other up, encourage each other, complement each other and love each other despite our differences. Life is SO much better in community. Let's not forget what's really important during these crazy times! 🙏🤍 taken in Mexico by @saltedpalm

When we were doing this photoshoot I didn't want to be in the pictures. To be honest I'm actually very shy in front of a camera and feel awkward.☺️ But @claudiahindie and @pauhindie encouraged me to do it. Being the founder of Salted Palm they said be proud to show up and proud of what you do. Now looking back I am so grateful I joined in. It was a lesson to learn that no matter how silly you may feel, be confident in who you are. I love to surround myself with people who believe in themselves and those around them, and lift each other up. Although I have now left such a beautiful community of people like that who I miss dearly ❤️✨. I look forward to finding new community that loves themselves and each other and encourages each other to strive to be there best! taken in Mármol, Sinaloa, Mexico by @saltedpalm
