🍺 Welcome Back, Saltfields! @saltfieldsbrewing

We’re excited to welcome Saltfields back to World Sake Day NYC for their second year!

Founded by husband-and-wife team Yuki and Yumi, Saltfields is a Japanese craft beer company born right here in New York — bringing together their Japanese roots and their love for Brooklyn’s craft beer culture.

After joining us for the first time last year, we’re so happy to have them back as part of our 6th annual celebration.

Because World Sake Day NYC isn’t only about sake — it’s about the people, creativity, and community connecting Japanese culture with New York. 🇯🇵🗽

🍺 Come discover Saltfields at World Sake Day NYC 2026!

📅 September 27
📍 The W Loft, Brooklyn

🎟️ Tickets available — link in bio.

Teaming up with good friends & Akari Sauna heads, Yuki & Yumi from @saltfieldsbrewing for a special edition sauna beer! The best rice lager in town made by the nicest couple! Just like how people in Japan do it, there’s nothing like a cold beer after a sauna.

We’ll be hosting an end of summer event for all members to enjoy the Saltfields. More details to follow! 🈂️🍻
