I am super stoked to announce that I will be marching bass 3 for the Troopers this summer!

I’ve always wanted to march DCI ever since my first and only time playing bass my freshman year of high school. We played rotation and I knew so little compared to now. After marching 3 years of match snare at Byron and 1 year of bass 1 at OKState I decided it was time to start my DCI journey.

It hasn’t been easy but I’m grateful for all the support from my teachers and friends specifically Blake and Ian for helping me learn wrist break this year lol. Thank you for all who supported and more importantly for all who doubted, praise god that I am now able to march with such a wonderful group of people.

This is only the beginning of my journey but a great accomplishment and I can’t wait to have one of the best summers of my life. Go TROOBASS ‘26 and CUMF! by @saltinepretzzle
