Little hands, curious minds, endless possibilities.

At the Salt Room, little ones can dig, rake, scoop and pour their way through a world of textures and discovery.

Our coarse salt play environment offers opportunities for toddlers to practise hand movements, hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills through open-ended, imaginative play.

From the feel of the salt beneath their fingers to the warm glow of our lights, every little detail adds to a multi-sensory experience that invites curiosity and creativity.

And for parents? A cosy, thoughtfully maintained indoor space where little explorers can play while you take a moment to slow down.

Our environment is regularly cleaned and maintained, with temperature and humidity controls designed for comfort.

You focus on making memories.
We take care of the space.

Because sometimes, the simplest little adventures make the sweetest memories.

Sensory play — sight, touch, and the taste of salty air.

In a controlled indoor environment, little ones can dig, scoop and explore real Himalayan salt — safe from weather, mess and the usual playground chaos.

Textured, tactile and calming for little hands.

The Salt Room is Singapore’s first active halotherapy studio, offering an immersive, multi-sensory experience designed to support respiratory wellness, clearer skin, better sleep and stress relief.

Bring the little ones for a short, intentional bonding session — or let them get hands-on while you take your own break at the same time.

45 minutes to play, reconnect, slow down and get your salty fix.

the cousin’s back once again—
still running on jet lag time.

and her first stop before anything else—
a non-negotiable nap at in the salt room, because a good rest to beat the jet lag is just so important.

Would you take your kid to a room full of salt?

This is Singapore’s first dedicated salt room, and it’s kid-friendly!

So what actually happens inside?

The Salt Room uses active halotherapy, where pharmaceutical-grade fine salt particles are dispersed into the air throughout the session. The room has warm amber lighting, gentle sounds and a comfortable temperature to create a calm and relaxing environment.

Salt therapy is known for supporting breathing, skin comfort and relaxation too.

Enjoy a private salt room session where your kids can draw, colour and play while you take some time to unwind. Art materials are provided, and your kids can also bring along their favourite toys along.

You’ll have to experience it for yourself (and we mean see it, taste it and feel it)!

We’re so grateful for reviews like this. Thank you for sharing your first salt therapy experience with us — moments like this are exactly why we do what we do.

Fun fact: we’ve intentionally priced our private salt therapy sessions to be affordable and accessible compared to many providers around the world.

Not because we’re cutting corners, but because we genuinely want more people to have the opportunity to experience it for themselves.

Salt therapy has come a long way from its roots in Eastern and Central Europe, and continues to be explored and enjoyed by many.

It’s not a miracle cure — and we don’t believe it should be presented as one.

For us, it’s about creating a space that supports respiratory wellness, encourages a mindful pause, and gives you a chance to slow down.

Something to experience, not something that needs to feel like a luxury.

Come feel it for yourself.

Halotherapy, which in layman terms is salt therapy, isn't new. It started with salt miners in Eastern Europe who seemed to have unusually healthy lungs. Modern salt rooms recreate that air, with a machine called a halogenerator breaking salt down into particles small enough to breathe deep into the lungs.

The research on it is still early and honest studies say so. What I can speak to is the 2 hours I spent inside one, art jamming, drinking tea, and having a nice chat with the owner of @saltroomsg, Sean.

This post was filmed, designed and edited by @iamtonyashaw. No commission was paid to me for this feature.

This is such a special space and we're planning a few art-related events in the near future for @soulsconnectsg. Look out for it soon.

Such a fun and therapeutic mini catch-up with my fellow MAP Coaches @corinatennakoon @lupwai.chan, and our dearest MAP Trainer @mindsetwithsofie !

We chatted while burying our feet under the salt granules, 'drew' lines and hearts with our hands, made salt angels, played with silk fan veils, practiced some cool detox breathing techniques, and sipped soothing green tea provided by Sean.

The @saltroomsg is such a lovely healing space, wonderful for chilling out with friends, and also for playing 😆

Do check it out if you're in 🇸🇬! by @saltroomsg

A room built for stillness, filled with good company. No phones, no rush — just guys showing up for each other, fully present. That’s what fellowship looks like: intentional time, real conversation, and the kind of connection that doesn’t need an agenda.

Grateful for the support that this space gets to hold moments like this.

I was quite tired of living and @msgracetan brought me to her fav @saltroomsg .

It's pretty impossible to be negative in the room but it was definitely cathartic. Maybe it's the salt, maybe it's Grace who loves me dearly.

Check out @saltroomsg k cos their prices are affordable and Sean the owner is a nice man.
Thanks for creating a safe space Sean.

Anyone wanna go pls jio me k!
