POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After 27 days officially out of podcasting (not that I was counting), we are back and partnering with Story On Media. They have long been a standout in the industry for helping brands tell stories that actually matter, and we couldn’t be more excited to contribute to that mission.

Grateful for a fresh start, a talented team, and a return to doing what we love.

It feels good to be home.

Year 32: Day 264.
I’m tired of the “Should podcasts be on video?” debate? As a drama queen in her villain era, I’m stirring the pot at @podcastmovement this year.

This talk might offend a few tech bros, delight some audio nerds, and leave you wondering if what I’m pitching is still a podcast or an entirely new medium. (Spoiler: it’s both. And neither.)

“The Future of Storytelling: Immersive Podcasting & Creating Multi-Sensory Experiences for Audiences” — yep, multi-sensory. Think storytelling you can feel… and maybe even smell.

Thanks to recent advances in tech, my fever dream of immersive podcasting is inching into reality, and I’m dragging it into the spotlight.

This one’s for the purists, the weirdos, and anyone tired of the “Video or Die” narrative. Come for the controversy, stay for the camaraderie.

If you’re at PM, come geek out with me. Or say “hi.” I’ll accept either.

Tie-Dye for Pride was EVERYTHING 🌈✨
Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a colorful, joyful, and incredible afternoon! We tie-dyed, we danced, we shopped, we slayed. Special love to our stunning queens — Sarabesque, Betty Whitecastle, Lizzie Baeumont, Naomi Thee Ratchett, and Samara — for bringing the party. You were the rainbow royalty we needed.

Big hugs to the community for showing up and making this such a blast! Make sure you tag us and @the.meadow.hbg when your shirt is ready to wear 🌈

Pride is protest, pride is joy, pride is community. And today, it was damn fun.

Join us at The Meadow on Sunday, July 13 from 1:30–6 PM for an afternoon of color, community, and celebration!

Tie-Dye for Pride is a free, family-friendly art event and fundraiser designed to bring people together and support LGBTQ+ pride initiatives right here in Central Pennsylvania. Everyone’s welcome—come as you are and get a little messy in the name of joy.

Here’s what to expect:
🌈 BYOB – Bring Your Own Blank (shirt, blouse, tank—whatever top you want to dye!)
🌈 Custom Pride shirts available to buy on-site
🌈 $5 Suggested donation at the door (all proceeds go to Central PA Pride)
🌈 $15 Pride shirts available to tye-dye while supplies last

Plus, we’re adding even more magic:
🎧 A live DJ playing queer anthems + summer jams
💋 Appearances from local drag queens (come take a pic!)
🛍️ The shop is open - take a look around!

This event is hosted by Salutations Media Co., with all donations and shirt sales going directly to Central PA Pride. Come tie-dye something fabulous, hang out with your community, and help us raise funds for this year’s Pride celebrations.

Year 32: Day 236.
I was just accepted into the Boost Camp accelerator through The Confidence Project by @helloalice_com and @botoxcosmetic!

This was the first grant application I submitted after taking a Hello Alice grant writing webinar, and now I’m officially part of a national cohort of women entrepreneurs learning how to scale our businesses with strategy, confidence, and community.

This feels huge. I’ve been building @salutationsmediaco from the ground up with grit, late nights, and this is a reminder that I’m on the right path.

Let’s go. 🚀

👋🏻 Salutations! I’m Dawn-Michelle (@lovealwaysdm), and for the next eight weeks, I’ll be holding down the fort at The Meadow while the owners take a much-deserved parental leave. 🧡

I’m an actor, podcast producer, local creative, and the founder of @salutationsmediaco. My trusty sidekicks Eris and Dia—two very opinionated chihuahuas—will be joining me. Eris is the spicy extrovert, and Dia is the quiet cuddlebug. Together, we bring cozy vibes and just the right amount of charming chaos.

Keep an eye out for events, workshops, and whatever other magic we can stir up here in Midtown. Come say, “hi,” browse the shop, and give Eris & Dia a gentle pat (no pick-ups, please!) as we make this season a little brighter, weirder, and more wonderful. 🌿✨

We are beyond thrilled to announce that, in a surprising twist of events, our founder has been given the opportunity to speak at @podcastmovement this week! 🌟

Dawn-Michelle states, “A massive shoutout to my SCORE Mentor, Bob Sender, who has been instrumental in shaping my perspective and guiding me through this journey. I'd also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Simon Sutton. Your advice gave me the confidence that brought me to this moment.

For all those who share a passion for stories and those who believe in their transformative power, I invite you to join me at Podcast Movement to hear my thoughts on the future of storytelling.

Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement. Hope to see many of you there!”
