What is the difference between routine and monotony?

Sam describes routine as the persistent priming that enables you to choose your day. Monotony, on the other hand, takes the choice away.

Routine primes you for a bigger life. Monotony erodes you from the inside.

“Actually you’re good right here. You as you are. You don’t need anything else.”

Sam shares the deeper meaning behind Hazlo — a simple reminder that the best version of yourself has been right here the whole time.

Just as Red Bull embodies energy, Hazlo embodies presence.

Industries are built on the notion that you are not enough. Sam and Hazlo are here to change that narrative.

Don’t give up just before the breakthrough happens.

This is where most entrepreneurs get stuck. It gets hard and it’s easy to give up on your dream.

In our latest episode of Endurance Minded, I sat down with @sam.e.moore Founder of @drinkhazlo to have an honest and vulnerable conversation about what it takes to actually make this thing called entrepreneurship work.

I’m beyond excited to also welcome @drinkhazlo as the official beverage partner of the podcast.

Grab their new Blood Orange Hibiscus flavor exclusively on @amazon and check the link in the show notes of this episode for an exclusive Endurance Minded discount.

I’m unbelievably excited to announce that @drinkhazlo has come on as the official partner of the Endurance Minded Podcast.

To kick off our partnership, I welcomed Hazlo Founder, Sam Moore @sam.e.moore as a guest on the podcast.

I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Sam well over the last several months and this conversation reflected that.

We went deep and had an honest and vulnerable conversation about life, entrepreneurship, success, failure and how to manage it all with a smile on your face.

We also celebrated Hazlo’s newest flavor, Blood Orange Hibiscus, and Sam gave some insight into what it takes to bring a new product to life.

If you’re a high achiever, athlete, entrepreneur, or anyone wrestling with how to reach for your full potential while holding it all together, this one’s for you.

Available everywhere you get your podcasts 🎙️

The new Hazlo flavor is available exclusively on Amazon and Endurance Minded listeners get an exclusive discount - link in the episode show notes.

30 days ago I wasn’t sure if my business was going to make it through the week. That may seem dramatic but anyone who has attempted to create anything can empathize with the feeling that you’re working harder than you ever believed possible and it still might not work out.

For the past 8 years, @drinkhazlo has been all I can think about. The prospect of it all coming to an end made me sick.

I remember journaling that morning, and every day that week, reflecting on my life and what the pursuit of this business has brought me. How I have poured every cent to my name into this thing and yet to see a financial return.

What it has given me, though, is a fuller life than I could have ever dreamed of. A fiancèe I can’t wait to marry. The strongest relationship with my family I’ve ever had. Friends who love and support me. A purpose that gets me out of bed at 4:15am every day.

These are things that money can’t buy and I would trade every cent to my name one million times over to end up right here in this spot with this life I’ve created.

The best part is that we made it through that week and the business is in the best place it’s ever been. On top of that, some other opportunities that are beyond my wildest dreams have appeared, seemingly out of thin air.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that this path I’m on is the least certain one. But I’m realizing that uncertainty can work in both directions. Sure, I might fail, but if I keep going I may end up with a life that’s better than I could have ever dreamed of.

The song in this video is by @zack_telander

We grew up together and haven’t spoken in 15 years but I’ve been watching him walk a similar path to my own from afar. He said to create a video with his song and this text across it. When I started writing the caption for this video, I thought I was helping him get some more promotion. I’m realizing now he was helping me.

Anyway, it’s 1:17am and I should probably try to get some sleep. But please go check him out and take a step toward building the life of your dreams today. taken in Anywhere and Everywhere by @sam.e.moore

Week 2/52 was spent back in Chicago and it was one of the most exhausting and fulfilling weeks I’ve had in a long time.

9 events, 5 babies, and a lot of quality time with family and friends. If we keep stacking weeks like this, 2026 is about to be an incredible year! taken in Chicago, Illinois by @sam.e.moore
