They put me on Broadway?! What a journey on planet earth! The middle school kid who did a final project on experimental theatre from Beckett to Taymor is really in disbelief that he’s on Broadway performing in this dream of a show. I did not get here by myself, nor did it happen on purpose; I was in the exact right place at the exact right time, and the universe did the rest. I am in constant awe of the 100+ people it takes to run this gargantuan show 8x a week and I am overflowing with gratitude to be one of those folks. Magic at the Minskoff until 9/6!! Today marks one year of climbing!! So grateful to have the privilege of being a beginner at something. Met so many incredible friends this year that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Here’s to exploring, learning, and adventuring more this year. Safely!

1. On windy peak after doing most (?) of prime rib with @baileybigwall in Vegas
2. A shot on some limestone in vegas with @lvparamedic
3. My very first day climbing! At Project Rock in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you for this gift @dymondwafler
4. Yosemite route called Nutcracker with @sam.h.parker. Sound missing is me saying “you’ve caught me in a very vulnerable moment” scared out of my mind.
5. Dialing in the rope solo setup at black cliffs in Boise! Had a great time here with @julietalty the next day too.

3 puppets, 3 colors, 3 weird little guys!! As of last night, I have officially debuted every role I play/cover in the big show! Not gonna lie, tour has been a deeply challenging restructure of what life looks like on a day-to-day basis, but knowing that Zazu, Timon, and my sweet, dear Ed are there for me, it’s easy to feel held. Endless gratitude to the whole touring family that I get to spend every day with. Boundless appreciation to my family not on tour. I miss you violently. THRILLED beyond BELIEF to announce what I’ve been up to for the past couple weeks: I’ve joined the North American tour of The Lion King as Ed (u/s Timon, Zazu)! Overflowing with gratitude for every member of this company who has welcomed me so so warmly and been so gracious when I ask what their name is for the 3rd time that day.

Feeling an insane love for @faith_hart who has grounded me and been a constant reminder of who I am every step of the way. Thanks for sticking with me during this transition - your generosity of spirit and depth of emotional intelligence is something I never want to take for granted! You are tapped. into. the divine.

A tough, rewarding, beautiful, surprising, love filled, life affirming, scary, burning, churning, Masha Pasha summer so far! Expanding musical horizons, learning how to love better and bigger, and feeling all sorts of gratitude just scratches the surface. @faith_hart is a visionary genius with a heart of pure gold - she seems to like me a little bit and I’m grateful she hung out with me this summer and continues to wanna hang. Here comes the yearly walk in the woods insta post! Got to romp on some Ute, Navajo, and Arapaho land this summer on days off from some Shakespeare! Successfully summited some 14ers: Pikes Peak (via Craggs), Huron Peak (with the parents!!) Mt. Massive, Grays Peak, Torreys Peak (both with Sweet @colton.c.pratt !!) and Wetterhorn Peak (which included a DIVINE little overnight and a cute technical climb). It is always a pleasure to be completely and utterly humbled by the outdoors - a couple steps closer on the journey of settling into discomfort and stillness. So many trees and rocks, too!
