Samuel Plauché is a writer of prose and poetry, constantly inspired by the places he’s been and people he’s met. He has two novels out, BANDIT and As The Rain Falls, which are available on the raging opossum press website - the publishing house and magazine he started in 2024. His further publications include Fiilthly Glo Zine, Sabr Tooth Tiger, the yearly Written On A Napkin zine, and others. In his free time, he likes to watch the plants in his and his friend’s garden.

BANDIT is out now and available for purchase on the @ragingopossumpress website!

“BB and Smokey have taken to the American dream, working hard to create the life they want with knife and pistol. No one can stand in the way of their love as the crime couple races through southern Texas, robbing anyone they encounter on the way. Detective Hornwitz, a federal agent, is fast on their tail but losing motivation. His malaise is not from criminals’ wily ways or wit, but rather his growing disillusionment with the United States’ judicial system as well as his want to retire and be with his daughter, Juniper, and his wife, Sherry. He swears he’s going to call it quits just after this case…” Buy the story of BANDIT to find out what happens! by @sam.plauche

Happy to announce the official release of my first novel, AS THE RAIN FALLS. This book has been a long time coming and happy to finally release it to the public. Available for purchase at the link in my bio.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of a lot of people. Huge thanks to all the members of @cloudcommunitycollege who spent the last year going over passages with me to make this perfect (and especially big thanks to @sazzyworld123 and @blushing247 whole took extra time to go through the whole book and make sure there were no grammatical errors and whatnot). Also huge thanks to @hob.is.dead who made the cover of the book, she’s an amazing artist and everyone should go check out her art.

Buy the book! Hope you all enjoy it by @sam.plauche
