From an idea on Thread to all of this in two years! Two years. Countless miles. Constant growth. 🏃🏾‍♂️🌱🏾
Turns out the fastest way to grow is to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Happy 2 years, @letsgetactivecolasc Still running. Still growing. Still active.

Wednesdays spirit run was a success, such a vibe. People can from all over. Walkers, runners, first timers. Shout out to @madmilesrunclub for pulling up!

For a year and a half straight my diet was hibachi and happy hour. No workouts, no runs, no kind of exercises or activities. One day looked in the mirror and said oh naw. Neck fat, looking 3 months pregnant, feeling uncomfortable in clothes. Couldn’t do that no more. It’s like starting an old school car that’s been sitting, it might be hard to get it started, but once it gets running that mufucka RUNNING.
