Your girl is now certified in Reiki 1 🥹🙏💖Thank you to my beautiful friend Amanda for hosting this training to empower a new group of healers. Everything about this class and day felt so aligned ✨ @divinelymanifested_ Reiki is the opening of your chakra energy channels to connect with universal life force energy! It is deep, intuitive and a sacred practice. I am honored to be able to use my gifts for good 🤍 Thank you, Amanda for being so authentic and raw in your teaching style, for trusting us, for taking the time to create the beautiful book & for our cute little gifts! We each got a pendulum + a random crystal. Wherever we intuitively sat there was a crystal aligned to our current spiritual journey. I got amethyst. Perfection. This is the crystal about trusting yourself and finding the person you were again before the trauma. Taking you power back and for spiritual growth…. I also have it tattooed from 4-5 years back so that is just wow 🤩💜It was also a really cool realization of synchronicity between Reiki and traditional Chinese medicine and how truly everything at the end of the day is just energy.🤓😌 whether you want to believe it or not I am so excited to keep practicing, refine this skill deeper and be able to help others 🥰. This ain’t no joke, even if it’s April fools!!! 😤 You’re looking at the boxer of the month @trinityboxingla and it feels good 😛There’s so much I can say about this gym. Not only is it the greatest place to grow your boxing skillset — I owe everything to my amazing coaches. But it is a place of community. Where I can be myself and feel inspired every time I leave. Connecting and uplifting people is what truly fulfills me. Getting to level up my boxing every day while making beautiful friendships is so special. These people inspire me to keep shining and to push myself even further out of my comfort zone. This past month I decided I really wanted to bite down, lock in and level up again. I’ve gotten back into sparring and try to push even harder every class because I know that this is only the beginning. Thank you to my coaches, my community, and the sport of boxing. I don’t know what I would be and do without @trinityboxingla 🥹🫂❤️🥊#boxingislife by @sam.wah
