Something shifts when we stop trying to get it right and allow ourselves to explore.

To move, to play, to connect, to surprise ourselves.

That’s the magic we’re bringing back in THE FLOW LAB — VOL. 2.

And we can’t wait to experience it with you! 👩🏼‍🐰‍👩🏽🍯

What happens when you stop trying to perform the right movement — and begin exploring what else your body can do?

The Flow Lab returns with Volume II: Movement & Play — Move Beyond the Steps.

This experiential workshop is an invitation to step outside familiar patterns and rediscover movement through curiosity, presence and play.

Together, we will explore:

* conscious movement and the possibilities of the body
* deeper connection with yourself, others and the space around you
* creativity, spontaneity and authentic expression
* new ways of listening, responding and moving together
* the freedom that becomes available when you stop trying to get everything “right”

Using Bachata as a familiar language, we will bring in principles inspired by Brazilian Zouk, alongside mindfulness practices, theatrical improvisation and guided movement explorations.

The experience is designed for dancers with basic Bachata experience. No previous Brazilian Zouk experience is required.

At its core, The Flow Lab is about becoming more present inside the movement, expanding the ways your body can respond and allowing something more personal, creative and alive to emerge.

📆 12 November
🕐 6-9 PM
🎟️ Tickets will be released in three price tiers.
Once a tier sells out, registration will continue at the next price:

🥇 First release: €22
🥈 Second release: €27
🥉 Final release: €32

Limited spots available.

Ready to move beyond the steps?
DM us “FLOW” to reserve your place.
