Quick recap of the weekend.. turned up did some rips, won...
189.7mph in the half mile, not bad especially since later finding out we was down on power a little... DW a fix is coming for that soon.. stay tuned.. you think this thing was fast before.. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 im going alllll in, two feet in...

The big spec Evo 9 MR RS some of you have seen is finally finished 🫡

A massive achievement for me and my team at WMD - EVO

Only 6 years ago I was working on my driveway at home 🏡

Now we just turned one of the rarest Evo’s into something super special 🦄

No stone was left unturned on this one 🤯

Stripped back to a bare shell for a full underside and engine bay refresh 👨🏾‍🎨

Every part on the car has been either upgraded, refreshed or cleaned👌🏾

A true 900bhp capable engine built properly by @sam_connaught 🧏

Coupled with the full @turbosmarthq package including a 6466 turbo, wastegate, fuel reg, blow off valve 💥

Controlled by a @link_ecu G5 Voodoo Pro along with all the sensors to keep the engine in check ☑️

Utilising 3x Razor PDM’s to run the entire car via a fully custom loom which we tailor made to the car 🧐

WMD exhaust manifold, full 3.5” turbo back exhaust system, intake pipe, boost pipes and more 👨🏾‍🏭

The interior was brought up to date with the sleek @haltech UC-10 dash and the sharp @coolerworx NSP shifter ⚙️

Tuned by me on our @mainlinedyno hub Dyno 👨🏾‍💻

We finished up with 730 @ the hubs which is around 850 flywheel horsepower 🔥

Red Car and a Red Sign, must be fast then 👀😆

Popped in to see @sam_connaught at his company Connaught competition engines today to collect the @rtmg_performance uprated DQ500 flywheel he ordered in for me .. this thing has had every weak point of the oem flywheel addressed so it's a solid outer and inner ( no need for billet centre)and the internals have all been upgraded to handle 1400Nm ( more if needed! ) the springs are a progressive design so will be smooth and silent and lower loads/ normal driving and won't shit itself when shown 800Nm ... looking forward to getting this fitted by the lads at @badger.5.ltd and i know for a fact @gazz22z can't wait to pull that DQ500 off again 🙈

Ended up sitting at Sam's for 4 hours chatting away with @r20_george and @brandon2093 , not like any of us can use the cars in this weather but good times with good friends 🙏

Jokes aside, old cars hide problems and this time round it was an aged MAP sensor plus the previous shoddy wiring.
Props as always to my wingman @dowdingdan for tolerating me and my sketchiness.
More coming on the MR2 next week👀

A10 Choice Award Car winner at @a10_meets Duxford car show. Wasn't expecting that considering the cars that were on show that day! Massive thank you to all involved in getting the forged engine built up and running smoothly 🙏🏽
