Looking back on my journey, I think of all the work I’ve put in and how many people were essential in pushing me to be my best. Now thinking forward towards what I want my legacy to be, I want to be just as essential in that journey for others.

Hard work and discipline is needed in every facet of life. Starting to develop these skills at a young age sets our kids up for success and contributes to the greater good.

When I was in college my coaches use to preach “Play off of Two Feet”.. I use to hate hearing it, but they were right. I found myself preaching the same thing as I began my coaching career…

I learned the benefits of playing off of two feet and realized that it gives you more options and control !

Now I will say, as a basketball player you should be able to do and work on playing off of one foot and having different variations of finishes because you never know what type of finish you will need. Biggest thing before your finishes.. make physical drives.. NOT CUTE… create contact and play through bumps 💪🏾

I will leave you with this, work on all components of your game, but do what will lead to points, less turnovers, and better decision making!

@mannymoseley happened to be not the worst player, but the player who pushed me in practice and gave me hell everyday.. he prepared me for the games and he also made big plays for us in that season. by @sam_hunt2
