18 months ago, if you told me I’d be walking out for the first time with my baby girl and my fiancée, I would’ve laughed in your face.
But here I am truly living my Notting Hill dream.
Life is a miracle. It will throw everything at you… but even in the lowest moments, the highs will always find their way back. 💫🐥

I wanted to share this video to help raise awareness of men’s mental health, you wouldn’t know it but I’m actually crying out for help in this video and at my lowest moments in life, I escaped the uk to LA thinking events and drinking would make me feel better but in actual fact I just needed someone to talk to. A smile does not mean your ok in life. Check in on people and I want men to know there is no shame in not feeling ok. It’s ok not to be ok 💙 #mensmentalhealthawareness
