To the person behind me. I hope this message on my hoodie finds you well.

You see, each and every one of us possesses a unique set of gifts that make us special. You are no exception. Your presence alone has the power to uplift, inspire, and create ripples of positive change in the lives of others.

In a world that often encourages self doubt and comparison, it is vital to recognize that you are enough. You are not defined by external standards or societal expectations. Instead, your worth lies in the authenticity of your being, in the kindness you extend, and in the love you share.

Treat yourself with the same gentleness and understanding that you would to a dear friend. Embrace the imperfections and flaws that make you human, because that’s where true beauty and growth resides.

Remember that self acceptance is a journey, and it is okay to have setbacks among the way. Hug the process of growth and self discovery knowing that it does take time and effort. Be patient. Practice self care. Celebrate the small victories. Breathe.

I’ve dragged myself down so many times for so damn long unsure of my own worth. I’ve felt hopeless and lost more times than I can count. What’s always been my saving grace came from family and friends who help remind me of the awesome qualities they see and the impact I have had. It’s easy to to forget how important we are when the world seems to be caving in on us.

I will walk proudly wearing not just a comfy new sweater but more importantly, the simple reminder that might just help the person behind me through their own personal struggles.
