A new chapter begins!

Tuesday October 6th we are launching an exciting new venture - L’ESCAPADE.

We will be bringing three of our favorite acts together for an evening of music at P’tit Ours.

Dep Café presents Zeyad Hamza, Sam Morisson and Lenoire if you love them in the morning, you’ll absolutely adore them in!the evening.

We have respect for city workers at Dep Cafe, but some of us take it a little further. Sam Morisson is in love with the garbage man. Catch him on the street on Tuesday and Thursday morning with a bag of trash in each hand waiting for that special moment when he gets to see his crush IRL.

You can also find him every Saturday at 10AM on our stage singing his original songs about underwater academics, misguided mystics, the wisdom of dentists and everything in between.

Au Dép Café, on a beaucoup de respect pour les employés de la ville, mais certains d’entre nous poussent ça un peu plus loin. Sam Morisson est en amour avec le gars des poubelles. Vous pouvez le croiser dans la rue les mardis et jeudis matin, un sac d’ordures dans chaque main, à attendre le moment magique où il va enfin voir sa crush dans la vraie vie.

Vous pouvez aussi le retrouver tous les samedis à 10 h sur notre scène. Il y chante ses chansons originales qui parlent d’universitaires sous-marins, de mystiques qui ont perdu le nord, de la sagesse des dentistes et bien plus encore.

Sam Morisson is a friend and neighbour who comes to play original songs every Saturday at 10AM. His songwriting is deeply personal, mixing strong emotions and a quirky sense of humour. Some people wear their hearts on their sleeves. Sam took his heart to the tailor and made a three piece suit out of it and wears it right out in the open for all to see. I usually recommend that people come check out our artists but with Sam I encourage people not to come, because if you do you’ll fall in love with him so hard you won’t be able to get enough, just like we all have. taken in Le Dépanneur Café by @sam_morisson

I took my time, but here I am, about to do a big old bar show for the first time since I did one called "Serious Business" at Le Cagibi back in 2018! This one's called "Sam Morisson Is Back." Most people who have heard about this show, though, have met me some time in the last year and a half, so from their perspective, I'm just showing up for the first time. You may be wondering: Back From Where? Good question! All will be revealed tonight at 8:30pm at Bar de Courcelle
